Cancellation
Reschedules and cancellations are at no charge prior to 48 hours to the scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to up to 50% of your service total.
No Show
No show appointments are subject to 100% of the service total and will not be permitted to rebook.
